One of my favorite things to do is to cook for a group of people, while they watch and ask questions and then EAT the food that I prepare for them. Like a cooking class for a small group of friends. I love that.

My new favorite love is catering for two. Serving a romantic dinner for two at someone’s home, patio or on the beach. I have my own stove, grill and table set up – I even have a tent and candles. Recently I got to surprise a wife on her anniversary – he had contacted me and planned the whole thing without her knowing about it. And they didn’t have to wait for a table or worry about the quality of the food. She. Was. Thrilled.
